Maitland's Passchendaele centenary

The centenary of the battle of Passchendaele will be commemorated in Maitland on Saturday 14^th October, with a march and commemorative service at the Cenotaph, Maitland Park, 10.30 am.

The 34^th battalion, known as ‘Maitland’s Own’ led the battle on 12 October 1917.
