One of Lorn’s most elegant and distinguished residences has sold prior to auction.
The
immaculately restored Ingleburn was listed with a $1.2 million price
guide and negotiations are understood to have eased past that mark to
secure the property.
Architect J Scobie designed the home with generous proportions
appropriate to Lorn, known as the garden suburb, with its wide tree
lined streets.
