The centennial anniversary of Edgeworth David’s first camp at Gosforth in 1909 is to be celebrated at Brough House on Sunday, August 30.
Memorabilia, historic maps, fossils and rocks that were important to Edgeworth David’s work will be on display, but central to the event is the launch of a book on David’s contribution to Maitland, by Dr. Janece McDonald
The event will be held from 10am to 3pm, and cost is $10 for adults.
